You'll help to configure customer-specific systems in terms of both hardware and software in accordance with the respective requirements and wishes.

In addition, you'll expertly align hardware and software components and ensure their compatibility. You'll support our employees with their hardware and software issues, keep equipment up to date, and ensure good IT performance, starting on September 1, 2025. What You'll BringYOU'RE GOOD AT* You're a diligent worker and quick learner, and you're prepared to gradually take on responsibility.* You're strongly interested in informatics, computer systems, and technology contexts.* You're known for your analytical and problem-solving skills.* Taking initiative is second nature to you.* Team spirit, fairness, and respect are characteristic of your dealings with clients and coworkers.* You have an independent and structured working style, in addition to excellent communication skills.YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)* You've completed secondary school with good grades in German, English, and math.* You have good computer skills and some experience with Microsoft Office.* Practical experience in the field of computer science is an advantage, but not a must.  Who You'll Work WithYou'll be part of our seven-member IT Service team and work in multiple stations in different areas of the company during your apprenticeship in order to apply what you have learned in practice. Throughout your entire apprenticeship, your trainer will assist you in familiarizing yourself with the company and developing professionally.
