CS brings together more than 550 experts covering the full range of sustainability topics, including biodiversity, circular economy, decarbonization, sustainable agriculture, transition financing, water management, and other ESG topics—across all sectors—to support our clients around the world.What You'll Do* Support the development and implementation of innovative decarbonization strategies for the steel industry.* Conduct in-depth analyses to inform decision-making, offering strategic insights on sustainable steel technologies like hydrogen-based steelmaking and carbon capture.* Collaborate closely with client teams to design and execute projects driving the green transformation of the steel sector.* Communicate insights effectively, ensuring alignment with global sustainability standards and client objectives.* Serve as a key contributor in projects shaping the transition to green steel, applying technical expertise to maximize impact.What You'll Bring* Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in the area of Climate & Sustainability, particularly in the area of green steel* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Experienced in working with clients across various industries, helping them tackle their most difficult challenges and create sustainable value. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in team settings and interact with diverse stakeholders. * Fluent oral and written language skills in German and English (C1 level each)     Who You'll Work With*#LI-DNI *Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
