What You\’ll Do

Lead cross-functional teams in solving clients\‘ most pressing challenges across industries like technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, etc.

Synthesize insights and steer the team\’s analytical efforts to create impactful innovative client solutions, leveraging BCG\’s proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and methodologies

Engage and cultivate trust with high-level clients, shaping and delivering compelling data-driven narratives and vision-setting.

Balance hands-on guidance with empowering team autonomy by orchestrating end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality, and managing scope and timelines

Champion professional growth within your team, fostering an inclusive culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback.

Actively contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building.

What You\’ll Bring

Multiple years of combined consulting and industry experience, with proven expertise in leading high-impact, complex engagements

Proven track record in add required work experience

Demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership to provide proficiency in prioritizing and balancing multiple project demands

Excellent analytical, and strategic thinking abilities to develop transformative solutions

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross-functional teams

Adapt at relationship building and client management across various levels.

Commitment to inclusivity, developing others and creating an environment of mutual trust and respect

Fluent written and oral language skills in German and English (C1 level)
