Your tasks will include creatively designing and preparing content for various communication formats, and you will actively assist in the day-to-day business.What You'll BringYOU’RE GOOD AT* You convince with your structured, reliable, and independent way of working and keep a cool head in challenging situations.* Your work is very precise.* You are a strong communicator verbally and in writing.* You always think one step ahead and have quick powers of perception.* You have a knack for processing content in a textually and visually attractive form.* You are curious and can easily familiarize yourself with new topics.* You live within 50 km of BCG’s Munich or Düsseldorf office.YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS)* You are enrolled as a student, ideally majoring in business, social sciences, or the humanities.* You are proficient in the Office 365 software.* You ideally have basic knowledge of graphics and video programs.* You have some professional experience in a PR agency or corporate communications department.* You have a passion for communication and enjoy working in a team.* Excellent German and very good English skills round out your profile.Who You'll Work WithYou’ll be part of the three-person Internal Communications team within the Marketing & Communications team in Central Europe, with colleagues in Munich and Düsseldorf who complement each other well with their different backgrounds and together cover a broad spectrum of internal communications work.
