As part of a replacement, we are looking to fill the position of:
A METHOD AND INDUSTRIALISATION TECHNICIAN
Your role
A true player in industrialisation and industrial performance, you participate in the development, optimisation and reliability of our manufacturing processes.
At the heart of the workshops, you ensure the link between production needs and the technical solutions to be implemented. You contribute to the continuous improvement of our surface preparation, grinding, automatic grinding and polishing processes, while supporting the integration of new equipment and technologies.
Your expertise ensures the quality, repeatability and efficiency of our manufacturing in a demanding environment specific to the watchmaking industry.
Your responsibilities
- Define, formalise and update operating sequences, work instructions and manufacturing procedures related to surface treatment, grinding, rectification and polishing processes. - Provide technical support and optimise surface treatment and finishing processes for watch components. - Program, develop and monitor automated grinding and polishing equipment. - Design and develop production tooling (fixtures, specific tools), including plans, diagrams and specifications. - Participate in the industrialisation of new products and their production launch in collaboration with project teams. - Study the technical feasibility of solutions and propose process optimisations, particularly for surface treatment and finishing operations. - Carry out functional analyses of production means and contribute to their continuous improvement. - Provide technical support to production, quality and design office teams in resolving industrial issues. - Participate in automation, robotisation and production means evolution projects. - Ensure technological watch and participate in the transfer or installation of new industrial equipment until their validation.
Your profile
- Technical training (CFC, BTS, DUT or equivalent) in mechanics, microtechnology, methods or industrialisation - Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years minimum in a similar role in an industrial environment, ideally in watchmaking or microtechnology. - Experience in grinding, automatic grinding or polishing processes, ideally on Recomatic, Crevoisier equipment, as well as Bula, Lam Plan or equivalent technologies. - Good mastery of reading plans and writing technical documents. - Rigour, analytical mind and methodical approach - Practical skills, hands-on approach and ability to work cross-functionally - Autonomy, organisation and proactivity - Ability to thrive in a demanding environment focused on precision and excellence
