Are you a data-driven problem solver who loves turning numbers into insights? We\’re looking for a
Freelance Data Analyst
to support our team with data collection, analysis, and visualization — helping us make smarter, faster business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measure performance
• Support data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance processes
• Prepare visual presentations of findings for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Work independently while ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar freelance role
• Strong proficiency in
  SQL
  and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Solid understanding of Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Fluent in
  English
  ;
  German
  is a plus
• Must have the legal right to work in Germany (German/EU passport or valid freelance permit)
