Your mission

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a dedicated Aerospace Engineer specializing in Manufacturing Engineering to join us as soon as possible. In this role, you will support suppliers and aircraft manufacturers in the production sector, conducting technical evaluations and taking responsibility for reporting discrepancies.
Your diverse tasks will include preparing, analyzing, and documenting non-conformities (NCs) during the assembly of single-aisle aircraft. Additionally, you will create structure or system concessions and manufacturing and work orders for production. Your ability to conduct technical evaluations and develop independent problem-solving solutions will be crucial. Reporting discrepancies from structure, equipment, or final assembly will also be part of your responsibilities. As the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in the area of discrepancies, you will not only contribute your own ideas but also actively contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes.

Your profile

Completed technical vocational training or degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
Profound experience with identifying and analyzing non-conformities (NCs).
Knowledge in areas such as Shopfloor, Production, Engineering, and Quality Department processes.
Good proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and SAP; experience with AIRINA is advantageous.
Strong hands-on mentality and a high orientation towards solutions.
Effective communication skills in both German and English.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating processes and identifying improvement potentials.
Experience in process optimization.
Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Understanding of the requirements and standards of the aerospace industry.
Ability to adapt and act quickly in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
