- Processing financial transactions
- Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
- Creating evaluations
- Account assignment (including preparatory activities)
- Monitoring incoming payments
- Assistance with the preparation of annual financial statements
- Close cooperation with tax advisors
- Asset accounting
- Support with the restructuring of accounting processes
- Preparation of advance and final invoices for customers
- Management of advance payment and warranty guarantees
- Maintenance of personnel files, working time accounts
- Preparation of wages
- Checking and processing of travel expense reports
Your profile
- Education in the tax industry, or alternatively completed commercial training with further training in accounting (e.g. financial accountant/balance sheet accountant)
- Confident use of accounting software (Datev)
- Organisation of efficient payment transactions
- Stress resistant
- Initiative
- Accuracy, patience and communication skills
