We are seeking a National Sales Manager to join our client’s team and drive sales revenue, establishing them as a key player in the luxury segment.
As a National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation, utilising your exceptional organisational and sales skills to build up a key network of retailers across different luxury segments such as Watch/Jewellery, Home and Department stores.
With a primary objective to cement existing partnerships as well as seeking opportunities to expand the company footprint within the network. Strong knowledge of the German watch & Jewellery industry is advantageous with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with premium retailers to maximise brand presence and visibility across the watch, jewellery, and premium home sectors.
- Develop and implement territory sales and marketing strategies with the UK Head Office team.
- Analyse sales data and drive sell-out performance, ensuring agreed stock replenishment levels.
- Meet regularly with customers to resolve issues and provide commercial solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and territory visits.
- Present products and services to prospective and existing customers during product launches.
- Represent the business at trade shows and industry events across Europe.
- Deliver product and sales training to retail partners across the network.
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans.
- Track competitor activity and identify opportunities to increase market visibility.
- Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven sales management experience in the luxury goods sector.
- Strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills.
- Experience developing sales strategies and managing KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or related.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Germany in a field-based role.
