We have published this job offer for a Web Project Manager (m/f/d) because we are looking for you. But first things first.

As a software manufacturer, we develop websites and web software . As a PM, you need the skills to enjoy talking to customers, understand their wishes and needs and advise them on these topics. You either solve the tasks yourself or submit them to our competent development team. The customer then needs feedback and the accounting department needs to approve the services in order to issue the invoice.

In projects, it is important that you maintain an overview . This involves coordinating the implementation of agreed services. Every developer is happy when all the information and materials they need are ready and they can hit the ground running. You keep an eye on the budget and keep the customer regularly informed . You need an open ear for change requests and ideas for further development.

If you have already worked as a project manager, the tasks described above should not be a problem for you. You should also apply for this position as a developer if you would like to work more organizationally, communicatively and conceptually in the future.

We love to organize support and projects in such a way that our daily routine can be planned . A normal working day is no different from a day when a project goes online: it runs smoothly. We think about everything in advance and plan the tasks in good time .

Your profile

• As an organizational talent, you keep an eye on tasks and deadlines
• 2 years of (agency) experience in the coordination of web projects
• You are a strong communicator, friendly and appreciative
• You have a flair for beautiful websites and follow current web trends
• You also understand website layouts and functions on paper (raw form)
• You work in a structured, independent and pragmatic way
• You inspire customers and always keep an eye on feasibility
• A wealth of ideas is really welcome
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is necessary
• Experience with Scrum is desirable (preferably as a certified Product Owner or Scrum Master)

Main focus of work

• Work planning (tasks and deadlines) for customers and colleagues
• Advising customers, coordinating with colleagues
