With locations spanning the US, Europe and APAC, the organisation are expanding across their trading and manufacturing arms. For a Product Group within their EMEA business, they require a Supply Chain Manager to steer upstream supply and downstream delivery to their Trading entities as they centralise across functions.As the business is centralising their End-to-End Supply Chain function in EMEA, an exciting transformational project is already underway. This is a unique opportunity to build up a Supply Chain planning function for an important product group within an established Global Renewables company – building a small team by Q4 this year, developing a central Supply Chain function for your product group.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPutting in place the S&OP Planning process for this part of the business, and develop new centralised inventory management processes.Control demand and supply planning ownership in new centralised structure.Build up a small Global team through the course of 2025 (remote leadership).Organise and structure suppliers for this particular product group.Oversee the management of upstream supply and downstream delivery to trading entities for your product group.Maintaining smooth operations in a Global centralisation project, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders Globally, as well as on-site with other functional leaders.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE-Fluency in German and EnglishExperience in vertical integration of Supply Chain in a manufacturing environmentEvidenced expertise in S&OP and planningWillingness to be on-site to collaborate with internal functional leaders and other stakeholdersExperience across whole E2E Supply ChainOpen and positive personality in collaborative local and Global environmentsAbility and ambition to work in a fast-paced environment where the challenge is to build and expandFor a confidential discussion about this unique opportunity, don’t hesitate to apply directly or send your CV to !
