Production Assembly Manager // Montageleiter | Automotive | Berlin I\’m currently supporting a Global supplier to the automotive industry in their search for an experienced Production Assembly Manager (Montageleiter) for their headquarters in Berlin . This is a rare opportunity to lead a large area in a modern production environment – a 150-person, 3-shift assembly operation – for a company renowned in the industry for its specialised products used across multiple vehicle segments. As a direct report to the Plant Manager, you\’ll play a key role in shaping operational performance and driving continuous improvement through lean methodologies.
