This customer: A global leader in the FMCG space, focused on health, lifestyle and home appliances is in the market for a new Head of Quality.
Your Responsibilities:
- Organizational leadership and continuous improvement of the quality assurance (including analytics) function within the FMCG industry.
- Management and optimization of quality-relevant processes, considering applicable standards, norms, laws, business needs, and customer requirements.
- Active collaboration in the Quality & Compliance leadership team, as well as leading cross-functional projects.
- Responsibility for training in quality-related topics and fostering a high level of quality awareness across all teams.
- Identifying quality-related weaknesses across the company and developing solution concepts in collaboration with process owners.
- Advising senior leadership and technical departments on quality-related issues.
- Creation and review of documents and processes within quality assurance.
Your Qualifications:
- Education: Completed degree in a technical and/or natural sciences field (University, ETH, FH, or equivalent).
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Extensive practical experience with quality systems (ISO9001 and others).
- Several years of leadership and project management experience in a similar position.
- In-depth and comprehensive knowledge of quality management.
- Team-oriented, hands-on, and proactive personality.
