THE CHALLENGE

• You are active in product development
• You are the contact person for our customers in the after-sales area
• You know internal processes and procedures and optimize them

YOUR TASKS

• Product development
• Project work
• Creation of circuit diagrams
• Control programming
• Testing and acceptance of machinery and equipment
• Project documentation for the new development / further development of machines
• Monitoring and coordination of appointments and processes
• Personal, telephone and written contact with external developers
• Preparation of operating manuals/ electrical area
• Processing of incoming support requests (telephone, e-mail and fax) as well as correspondence in German
• Data processing and maintenance in the merchandise management program
• Assist in the processing of annual inventories, sample orders and returns and meet deadlines.

THAT COUNTS FOR US

• Completed vocational training
• Knowledge: PLC control / Siemens S7 / Logo/ Tia Portal
• Desirable: C++
• Good written and spoken German required
• Knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with an ERP system
• Independent, solution- and result-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team, commitment and motivation
• A structured and careful way of working but also a high degree of flexibility characterizes you
