Main responsibilities
- Achieve optimal sales results and reach the desired targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team
- Manage staff planning and cash register administration
- Take responsibility for the proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards on the shop floor and in window displays
- Proactively approach, assist, style, and advise customers
- Operate the cash register system efficiently
- Handle complaints according to company philosophy and standards
- Identify trends and developments within the fashion industry
- Communicate and report various matters to HQ
