Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Kosten- und Leistungscontrollings für technische Bereiche, Budgetplanung, -überwachung und -analyse in Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Leitern.
- Erstellung von monatlichen Reports, Abweichungsanalysen und Forecasts.
- Unterstützung bei Investitionsentscheidungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen (z.B. Wartungsvertragskalkulation, ROI-Betrachtungen).
- Pflege relevanter Kennzahlen (KPIs) und Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Prozessen und Ressourceneinsatz.
- Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung technischer Prozesse (z.B. Wartungsplanungssysteme, ERP-Integration).
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Technik, Einkauf, Buchhaltung und Management.
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise mit technischem Hintergrund.
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics) sowie MS Excel und BI-Tools.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Affinität zu technischen Abläufen.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln.
