Zur Verstärkung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Professional Oral Health Care Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Teamleitung (m/w/d) Professional Oral Health Care - 28Pro.

Darum geht es:

• Fachliche und operative Führung des Teams bei der erfolgreichen Implementierung des CAMLOG 28Pro Oral Health Programms bei Bestandskunden
• Unterstützung des Vertriebs Deutschland bei der Identifikation und Auswahl geeigneter Zielkunden sowie Planung und Durchführung gezielter Praxisschulungen und Webinare
• Einführung und nachhaltige Etablierung der Vitamin-D-Diagnostik im Dentalmarkt
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung überregionaler Netzwerke mit Verbänden wie DGDH und VDDH sowie mit Ausbildungszentren für Dentalhygienikerinnen und Dentalhygieniker
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem 28Pro Konzeptteam und dem Innendienst zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung gemeinsamer Projekte und Maßnahmen
• Unterstützung beim Roll-Out von Projekten sowie Begleitung der erfolgreichen Einführung bei Kunden
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen durch fachliche Kompetenz und praxisnahe Unterstützung
• Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse und der Weiterentwicklung des CAMLOG 28Pro Programms
• Teilnahme an Fachveranstaltungen, Schulungen und internen Meetings als Repräsentant des Professional Oral Health Care Teams

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im dentalen Umfeld
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Dentalhygiene
• Implantologische Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung (Must-have)
• Freude an der Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Webinaren
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten
• Hohe Kundenorientierung und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B1-Niveau
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
