The role
We are currently supporting a Berlin-based partner in the financial sector that requires technical support for their internal reporting interfaces and data dashboards. As a Junior React Developer, you will help build and maintain functional front-end components that allow for clear data visualization and better accountability. This is a fully remote position where you will work with our consultants and the technical team of our partner to ensure that software reflects the organizational logic we design. You will focus on the unglamorous but necessary task of making complex financial data accessible and readable for decision-makers.
What you will do
  • Develop and test reusable React components for internal management dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Translate design requirements and structural logic into functional code using modern JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to review code and ensure high standards of precision and performance.
  • Troubleshoot UI issues and fix bugs reported by internal users or the client team.
  • Write clear documentation for any new features or components to ensure long-term maintenance and clarity.
  • Participate in technical discussions regarding state management and component architecture.
  • Assist in the integration of front-end components with back-end APIs and external data services.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of user interfaces to reduce operational friction for our banking and finance partners.
What we are looking for
  • Basic proficiency in React and modern JavaScript, typically gained through university studies, a coding program, or personal projects.
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, including the ability to build responsive layouts.
  • A disciplined approach to writing clean, readable code that other developers can easily follow.
