Braun Management specializes in solving structural problems that have become too internal for executive teams to fix themselves. We provide rigorous analysis and evidence-backed conclusions to help organizations clarify decision rights and resolve operational friction.
We are seeking a Junior Scrum Master to support our work with a leading German infrastructure partner. This position exists to help engineering and IT teams maintain their focus while navigating the complexities of large-scale organizational change. You will work in a fully remote capacity to ensure that team coordination remains precise and that every project cycle results in clear, written progress. This role is a direct link between the daily technical tasks of the team and the broader objectives set by client leadership.
What you will do
Braun Management is a fully remote team that values precision and deep focus. We rely heavily on written documentation rather than frequent meetings, ensuring that every decision is recorded and transparent. Our culture is professional and direct, favoring evidence-backed conclusions over flashy presentations. We treat the organization of teams as a serious discipline, aiming for structural integrity in everything we produce. This remote setup allows us to focus on the work itself while providing the flexibility for deep, thoughtful analysis. We expect all team members to be disciplined, punctual, and clear in their communications.
