Project Administrator

Hamburg Vollzeit Kein Homeoffice möglich
Braun Management
Braun Management analyzes organizational friction and clarifies decision rights for executive teams facing structural obstacles. We focus on providing evidence-backed conclusions that help leadership teams navigate complex governance and operational hurdles.
The role
As a Project Administrator, you will support our consulting team as we work with a major German logistics partner to address efficiency and coordination challenges. This entry level position exists to ensure that our data collection and project documentation remain precise, organized, and useful for the final analysis. Working in a fully remote capacity, you will be the central point of contact for tracking the progress of our structural investigations.
What you will do
  • Maintain project schedules and documentation for our engagement with a German logistics partner.
  • Organize and categorize qualitative data from interviews with leadership and works councils.
  • Verify the accuracy of internal records and cross-reference them with client reporting.
  • Prepare meeting summaries that capture key decisions and outstanding action items.
  • Assist in the production of written reports detailing structural truths discovered during analysis.
  • Update internal project trackers to reflect the current status of various work streams.
  • Handle routine communication with client-side administrative contacts to schedule sessions.
  • Support the drafting of clear, formal correspondence for executive audiences.
What we are looking for
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in written work.
  • Interest in how large organizations function and how complex business systems can fail.
  • Ability to process large amounts of information and summarize it clearly.
  • Strong command of written English and a preference for direct, plain language.
  • Reliable organization skills and the ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic familiarity with project management tools and standard office software.
  • A professional demeanor suitable for interacting with executive-level contexts.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote environment that relies heavily on written communication.
How we work
Braun Management operates as a fully remote team, which requires a high degree of individual accountability and clarity. We do not rely on constant video calls; instead, we prioritize comprehensive documentation and clear, written updates to keep everyone informed. This approach allows us to focus on the unglamorous but necessary work of structural analysis without the distraction of typical office politics. We value the sober second thought and encourage team members to reflect deeply before presenting conclusions to our logistics partners or other clients.
What we offer
  • Full-time, permanent employment in a remote setting.
  • A professional and intellectually stimulating work environment.
  • Exposure to complex organizational problems and high-level consulting methodologies.
  • Equipment allowance to help set up a productive home workspace.
  • Competitive pay that is attractive for the role and current market.
  • Paid time off and flexible scheduling within a professional framework.
  • Opportunities to learn from experienced consultants specializing in European governance.
In this role, your work serves as the foundation for the evidence-backed conclusions we provide to our clients. By maintaining precise records and clear documentation for our logistics partner, you help us uncover the structural truths that hinder their growth. Your contributions ensure that every recommendation we make is grounded in reality and leads to a clear path forward for the executive team. This position offers a direct view into how large-scale organizational change is managed from the ground up.
