You will help drive the boutique’s commercial success by weaving new collectors into the Universal Genève legacy and building a valuable personal book of business.
Your Craft High‑Value Sales & Client Recruitment
Drive acquisition of new ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients using your network and targeted outreach strategies.
Consistently close high‑value distance sales, converting international prospects into collectors of our iconic timepieces.
Build a robust personal client book and prospect new profiles to expand the Maison’s exclusive circle.
Ensure every remote interaction—phone, email, or digital appointment—reflects the warmth and precision of the boutique experience.
The Bespoke Client Journey
Design a seamlessly tailored experience by anticipating each client’s unique desires.
Execute the selling ceremony the UG way, threading the Maison's heritage and craftsmanship into every step to guide collectors toward acquisition.
Adapt hospitality to each individual so that every gesture feels bespoke.
Proactively resolve service friction and turn challenges into opportunities.
Cultivate long‑term loyalty with unique moments and personalized follow‑ups.
Brand Ambassadorship
Represent core values and act as a dedicated ambassador inside the boutique and at external events.
Share passion for our watches and brand history with local and international clients.
Master collections and brand history, staying current with industry news and competition.
Participate in boutique events, private viewings, and client entertainment to generate new sales opportunities.
CRM & Operational Precision
Leverage CRM data to generate new sales opportunities, identify up‑selling moments, and maximize commercial value.
Capture meaningful details to build an authentic, long‑term understanding of each client’s journey.
Partner closely with the Head of Retail Excellence & Conciergerie to coordinate secure global deliveries for remote purchases.
Analyze personal sales metrics to refine recruitment strategies and consistently exceed commercial targets.
What Will Make You Successful
3 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, focusing on remote clienteling or high‑value fine watchmaking.
Strong aptitude for active client recruitment and entrepreneurial drive to build a high‑net‑worth portfolio from scratch.
Results‑oriented with tenacity and elegance to close high‑ticket sales entirely through distance selling.
Dynamic, passionate, self‑driven salesperson eager to become an ambassador for a prestigious Maison.

Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
