YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implementation of compensation processes and tools (merit, short-term and long-term incentives, sales incentives, benefits) for all employees generally and our top levels particularly
- Participation in compensation surveys and preparation of salary bands and benefits policies based on market practice
- Preparation and management of annual salary increases and bonuses for our top levels
- Preparation of and support with regard to personnel related approval requests for Board decisions
YOUR PROFILE
- Successful completion of business administration studies, ideally with an HR focus
- 4-5 years operational work experience in compensation, and in an international environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Basic understanding of labor law, additional compensation-related topics, and operational contract and compensation management
- Conceptual and execution-oriented competencies
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, with a high level of cultural sensitivity
- Open-minded, team player, used to communicating at different levels of the organization, flexible, “can do” mentality, results-orientated
