Support the leadership and commercial development of the Menswear department at Breuninger Munich, contributing to the delivery of a premium and luxury retail experience across an extensive portfolio of international designer, contemporary and premium brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Department Manager in the overall commercial and operational leadership of the Menswear department, with a strong focus on sales performance, profitability and customer experience.
- Lead, coach and motivate sales teams to achieve individual and departmental KPIs while fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Drive sales through active floor leadership, client engagement and consistent execution of Breuninger’s service and experience standards.
- Develop and strengthen clienteling and CRM activities , focusing on customer acquisition, retention, loyalty and long-term Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Build relationships with high-value and VIP customers through personalized service, styling expertise and proactive customer engagement.
- Monitor key commercial KPIs including sales, conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction and productivity, translating performance insights into concrete actions.
- Support workforce planning, daily floor management, target setting and performance management to ensure effective deployment of resources.
- Partner closely with Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Marketing to optimize product presentation, assortment performance and commercial opportunities.
- Support seasonal launches, designer activations, customer events and special initiatives that strengthen brand desirability and drive traffic and conversion.
- Ensure strong product knowledge and storytelling across luxury, designer and contemporary menswear, enabling teams to deliver credible and inspiring customer advice.
- Maintain high standards of operational excellence, stock accuracy, visual presentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Act as a role model for leadership presence, ownership and collaboration, deputizing for the Department Manager when required.
