We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Integrations Specialist to join our Professional Services team and help drive success for our Enterprise customers using our platform. In this role, you will build and manage and customized integrations between Brevo and our clients‘ external applications. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the performance and functionality of these integrations, as well as optimizing the overall implementation process to reduce time to action and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

As a Senior Data Integrations Specialist at Brevo, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain custom workflows using n8n to connect Brevo to other applications, APIs, and databases
• Attend technical calls with clients and prospects to understand their business needs and use cases of any complexity in order to properly integrate Brevo with their other systems
• Comprehensively gather and document client requirements to ensure a seamless implementation
• Prepare quotes and time estimates during pre-sales phase
• Design and implementation of test methods to ensure the functionality and stability of the data integration solutions
• Maintain and debug running custom integrations
• Propose and lead efforts to make internal processes more agile, standardized, and with higher quality

What will contribute to your success:

• Proven experience managing and implementing complex data integrations using REST APIs
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Node.js, and familiarity with JavaScript or Python
• In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integrating them with workflows
• Experience with n8n, including database integrations (SQL and NoSQL)
• Proficient in version control systems, such as Git
• 3+ years of professional experience in fast-growing software/IT companies
• Proven client-facing experience, with the ability to manage relationships and technical discussions
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, efficiently managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and French is required; German is a plus
