Treasury & e-Payments Lead in Köln

I’m partnering up with a fast-growing healthcare business, in the search for a Treasury & e-Payment Operations Manager to join its finance leadership team. This role will lead a team spread across Germany and the Netherlands. This is a dynamic and highly visible position within an ambitious and fast‑paced environment. To be successful in this job, you have the capability to combine leadership skills with a hands‑on operational approach, taking ownership of treasury operations, cash management, cash flow forecasting, and payment processes across the organisation. You will also work closely with finance, accounting, and technology teams

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational management of e-payment processes, supporting business growth and customer experience objectives
• Take ownership of the group's treasury operations, ensuring effective liquidity management and accurate cash flow forecasting
• Lead and develop a team of 6 treasury professionals
• Champion treasury transformation initiatives, partnering closely with Technology teams to improve systems, automation, and operational efficiency

About you

• You have at least 7 years of experience in treasury and e-payments
• Experience in managing a treasury team of 4+
• Experience managing e-payment processes and payment operations
• strong cash management and cash flow forecasting experience
• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and ambitious environment
• Have professional fluency in English; German is a plus
