pBrewer Morris is partnering with an international organisation to recruit a bTreasury Specialist /b to join its finance team in Switzerland. /ppThis is a hands-on treasury position offering responsibility across bcash and liquidity management, forecasting, banking, FX and treasury operations /b. The successful candidate will work closely with finance teams and senior stakeholders across the business, helping to ensure strong cash visibility and effective treasury controls. /ppThis a 1 year contract, starting immediately. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage daily cash positions and liquidity across multiple entities and currencies. /liliPrepare and maintain short and medium-term cash flow forecasts. /liliManage banking relationships, bank accounts and payment processes. /liliMonitor foreign exchange exposures and support FX hedging activities. /liliSupport intercompany funding, loans and cash pooling activities. /liliMonitor debt, interest and financing requirements. /liliPrepare treasury reporting and analysis for senior management. /liliEnsure appropriate treasury controls, processes and documentation are maintained. /liliWork closely with Accounting, Tax, FPA and wider Finance teams. /liliSupport treasury projects, process improvements and automation initiatives. /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliSeveral years' experience within bCorporate Treasury /b, ideally in an international organisation. /liliStrong knowledge of bcash management, liquidity forecasting and banking /b. /liliExperience with bFX, cash pooling and intercompany funding /b would be advantageous. /liliStrong analytical skills with a good understanding of accounting and financial reporting. /liliAdvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and/or Treasury Management Systems. /liliDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliFluent English.
