Your mission

At brickfox, you actively shape the success of our customers in e-commerce.
Whether in our own online shop or on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or Kaufland – you ensure that processes run smoothly, listings perform well, and projects reliably reach their goals. You will bring together operational skills, technical understanding, and a keen eye for numbers and processes.

Your tasks

• Shops & Marketplaces: Onboarding, setting up, and operating shop systems (e.g., Shopware, Shopify) and marketplace setups

• Listing Management: Create assortments, optimize content, control pricing and inventory logic, keep an eye on KPIs

• Automation & Technology: Setting up feeds, mappings, and rules, maintaining interfaces/APIs, and troubleshooting

• Hands-on Support: Using/creating scripts, working on the console, minor PHP adjustments

• Project Management: Developing roadmaps, managing stakeholders, budgets, and coordinating timing

• Optimization: Quality assurance, reporting, and continuous improvement of the entire funnel

Your profile

Must-haves

• Experience in operating online shops or marketplace accounts

• Basic knowledge of scripts (e.g., B.)
