About the Position
We are looking for an ambitious and motivatedCEO & Co-Founder (m/f/d) to co-found turnus.ai and lead it to growth and commercial success.
We are currently preparing to found the venture in order to position turnus.ai as an independent company in a dynamic market. Therefore, we are putting together the founding team and are looking for a CEO & Co-Founder who will play a key role in driving the commercial strategy, team building and growth and lay the foundation for the long-term success of turnus.ai.
About turnus.ai
Turnus.ai aims to drastically streamline compliance and ESG reporting processes in medium-sized companies. To this end, the turnus.ai team is working with a strong corporate partner to develop an AI-based, scalable solution that will help companies to efficiently process the increasing number of reporting requests, such as those relating to the German Supply Chain Sustainability Act (LkSG) or the corporate sustainability reporting directive (CSRD). For turnus.ai, the growing awareness of sustainability and transparency, the constantly changing regulatory environment and the technological advancements made possible by generative AI all offer promising, growing market potential.
Requirements

Sound experience in developing and building scalable business models, ideally in a leadership position or as a founder

Proven success in building and scaling teams and organisations

Strong investor network, fundraising experience and ability to present a compelling investor pitch

Strong quantitative and commercial skills and experience with budget/P&L responsibility

Hands-on mentality, resilience and strong execution skills, coupled with a visionary view of future developments

Fluency in German and English
Your tasks

Development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy and the business model to ensure sustainable growth

Responsibility for investor relations and the realisation of successful funding pitches to raise capital

P&L responsibility and ensuring legal compliance in the company set-up

Building a high performing team, including hiring new talent and establishing an effective team culture

Strategic development of the company in close collaboration with the founding team

Managing sales and marketing initiatives to scale our offering and market penetration
