About the Position
We are looking for an ambitious and motivatedChief Product Officer & Co-Founder to co-found turnus.ai, taking responsibility for product strategy and vision, as well as building a strong product and tech team.
About turnus.ai
Turnus.ai aims to drastically streamline compliance and ESG reporting processes in medium-sized companies. To this end, the turnus.ai team is working with a strong corporate partner to develop an AI-based, scalable solution that will help companies to efficiently process the increasing number of reporting requests, such as those relating to the German Supply Chain Sustainability Act (LkSG) or the corporate sustainability reporting directive (CSRD). For turnus.ai, the growing awareness of sustainability and transparency, the constantly changing regulatory environment and the technological advancements made possible by generative AI all offer promising, growing market potential.
Requirements

Experience in the development and implementation of product strategies and roadmaps

Expertise in building and leading interdisciplinary teams (product, UX, engineering)

Proven success in optimising products for an outstanding user experience

Strong understanding of customer needs and their translation into innovative solutions

Experience in a dynamic startup environment or in developing MVPs into scalable products

Technical background or close collaboration with engineering teams

Fluency in German and English
Your tasks

Development and implementation of a clear product strategy and long-term vision

Creating and implementing the product roadmap based on customer needs and user feedback

Deciding on the internal/external structure of the product and tech department

Optimising the user experience to improve customer retention

Ensuring best-in-class technical implementation

Decision-making on new strategic topics and their technical feasibility

Actively participating in pitches and presentations to investors and stakeholders

Working closely with the founding team and stakeholders to scale the product
