Requirements
- You have proven experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency environment
- You have proven experience in performance marketing, preferably at senior level
- Your knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising and conversion optimization is impressive
- You use your analytical skills to transform data into action plans
- Marketing tools and platforms are tools for you to achieve great things
- Your communication and presentation skills impress clients and colleagues

Your tasks
Strategy and Performance Measurement:
- Develop and update comprehensive marketing strategies that support the goals of our projects
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketing activities
- Analyze target audiences, identify segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns and strategies
Campaign Management:
- Plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including online advertising, social media, email marketing and content marketing
- Work to continuously improve conversion rates on our website and other digital channels
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display ads, and retargeting
Analytics and optimization:
- Create detailed reports and analytics on the performance of our marketing efforts
- Identify opportunities and threats through competitive analysis
- Optimize our technology stacks and choose the best tools to support marketing processes
Partnerships and Branding:
- Identify and develop partnerships that support the growth of our projects
- Support the development and maintenance of our corporate brand and ensure consistent brand messaging
