As aVenture Architect (m/f/d) at Bridgemaker, you play a crucial role in identifying, designing and implementing innovative venture projects. You are part of a cross-functional team to develop business ideas, design viable business models and support the successful implementation of new ventures. Your analytical thinking skills and your experience in management consulting or the start-up industry will contribute significantly to the realization of our projects.

Requirements

• You have a Master\’s degree, an MBA or a comparable university degree in the field of business administration, or similar.

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in management consulting, in project management or in the development of a start-up.

• You have a strong understanding of technological trends and innovative business models

• You are confident in analysis to soundly evaluate market potential and financial aspects

• You love the challenges of entrepreneurship and have the ambition to make something great happen

• You are a team player with a strong sense of team spirit

• You can bring your communication skills to bear especially in cooperation with medium-sized customers

• You speak German at native speaker level and very good English

Your tasks

• As part of the project team, you will conduct comprehensive market analyses and validate trends and opportunities with regard to potential ventures

• You identify and evaluate new business ideas

• You develop concepts and market entry strategies for new business models

• You support the acquisition and development of new partnerships with SME customers

• You continuously contribute to the improvement and further development of our products and ventures to changing market conditions
