OFCI Manager in Düsseldorf

OFCI Manager - Data Centre Project | Germany | 3-Year Contract

We are currently looking for an experienced OFCI Manager to join a major Data Centre project in Germany on a long-term 3-year contract.

The Role

As OFCI Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Owner Furnished, Contractor Installed (OFCI) scope, ensuring equipment is delivered, coordinated, installed and integrated in line with project requirements, programme and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the OFCI scope from procurement through to delivery and installation.
• Coordinate closely with the client, main contractor, vendors and specialist subcontractors.
• Manage equipment delivery, logistics, installation and site coordination.
• Monitor programme, progress, quality and compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues.
• Ensure OFCI activities align with the overall project programme.
• Manage interfaces between electrical, mechanical, controls and other project disciplines.
• Support commissioning and handover activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an OFCI Manager, OFCI Lead or Equipment Manager on large-scale projects.
• Previous Data Centre experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction, installation and project delivery.
• Experience managing vendors, subcontractors and multiple project interfaces.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working on large-scale MEP or critical infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work on-site in Germany for the duration of the project.

Rate: Competitive hourly rate, paid in EUR
