As Head of Climate Protection Projects, you'll take full ownership of the strategic growth and execution of international project portfolio, helping scale impactful climate initiatives that directly contribute to global emissions reduction targets. The Role:
You’ll lead the development and expansion of renewable energy and climate protection projects globally, leveraging your network to identify new project opportunities, technology providers, and strategic partners. Working closely with the Technical Director and reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll oversee project development, financing, implementation, and long-term operational success across multiple international markets. You’ll manage and support teams both in Germany and internationally, ensuring projects are delivered successfully from both a commercial and environmental perspective, while maintaining compliance with international carbon certification standards such as CDM and Gold Standard.
