Ingenieur (m/w/d) Project Quality Assurance

I\’m currently partnered with a well-established renewables developer active across the full project lifecycle—from the acquisition of project rights through to construction and long-term delivery. Their focus is on creating sustainable, economically viable energy projects tailored to long-term success. The company has a strong footprint in Europe and is entering a significant growth phase, with plans to develop and bring online 1 GW of renewable energy projects over the next three years. This will be achieved through a mix of in-house delivery and strategic partnerships, positioning them as a key player in Europe’s clean energy transition. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality assurance processes across the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning stages of battery storage projects. Develop and implement project-specific Quality Assurance Plans for BESS projects. · Conduct quality inspections at manufacturing facilities and construction sites to verify compliance with specifications and standards. · Maintain detailed records of QA activities and support project close-out with full quality documentation. · Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. · 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in energy or infrastructure projects; Willingness to travel to supplier and project sites across Germany.
