Brightsmith are pleased to partner with a growing business operating at the forefront of Germany’s low-carbon heat transition, delivering projects across heat networks, energy centres, heat pumps and wider thermal infrastructure. As the business continues to grow its project pipeline, we’re looking for experienced Project Engineers who want to play a hands-on role in delivering the next generation of Germany’s heat infrastructure.
This could be a great opportunity for someone coming from district heating, heat networks, large-scale heat pumps, energy centres, HVAC, building services, industrial energy or wider energy infrastructure. Through this role you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects that are not only technically interesting, but are also helping to shape the future of Germany’s heating and energy system.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the delivery of low-carbon heat and energy infrastructure projects from concept through to commissioning.
- Working across technical design, engineering, procurement, construction and installation.
- Coordinating contractors, suppliers, consultants and internal engineering teams.
- Supporting project planning, budgets, schedules, risk management and technical documentation.
- Reviewing engineering designs and ensuring projects meet technical, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Working closely with clients, utilities, local authorities and other stakeholders.
