Responsibilities:

• You develop, document, and implement processes for supply chain finance and inventory planning.
• You make sure everything runs efficiently and is scalable while keeping compliance in check.
• You collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Tech, and other teams to optimize ERP processes for financial operations and inventory management. You ensure all systems and tools – from ERP to WMS – work seamlessly together.
• You’re always on the lookout for improvement opportunities, identifying inefficiencies and leveraging automation tools like RPA to make things faster and more accurate.
• Your goal: improve data quality, reduce manual work, and push real-time reporting.

Qualifications:

• You’ve got a Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Process Management, or something similar (Prince2/PMP and/or Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a nice bonus).
• You’ve got solid experience in process design, especially with ERP systems and supply chain finance.
• You’re comfortable working with ERP systems (like SAP, MS Dynamics) and tools for warehousing and procurement.
• You’re all about optimizing processes, automating workflows, and driving change.
• You speak German and English professionally.
