Strategic Account Specialist (Fully Remote)

What You’ll Do:

• You will partner with Account Managers to build accurate, production-ready, and client-facing estimates.
• You will communicate directly with vendors and suppliers to verify pricing, confirm inventory, and validate production timelines.
• You will proactively follow up after estimates are shared to clarify questions and ensure a smooth transition into production.

What You Bring:

• You have 2+ years of experience in estimating, production planning, quoting, or a similar logistics-focused role.
• You have exceptional attention to detail and strong financial awareness.
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
