Join our growing team in Sofia!
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to strengthen our Customer Service team. If you enjoy helping people, solving challenges, and delivering excellent customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time position based in our Sofia office.


Your mission

  • Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone and email
  • Handle product-related inquiries and independently resolve customer issues
  • Accurately document customer interactions to maintain clear records and support continuous improvement of service quality.
  • Process returns and warranty claims

Your profile

  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Basic technical and commercial understanding
  • Previous customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
  • Professional and courteous telephone manners, combined with strong written communication skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people and delivering excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
