Our Mission - Your Chance
To strengthen our Project Purchasing team, we are looking for a Specialist in Technical and Packaging Documentation (m/f/d) to join our office in Sofia on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will coordinate and review user manuals, retail packaging, rating labels, and product markings to ensure compliance with legal requirements, technical specifications, and customer-specific guidelines.
Your mission
- Create, review, and maintain user manuals and product documentation
- Coordinate the design and review of retail packaging in collaboration with external agencies and in accordance with customer guidelines
- Coordinate and verify all required information and specifications related to packaging, user manuals, and product labels with suppliers and the engineering department
- Review and implement customer requirements as well as regulatory changes affecting packaging, documentation, and product labeling
- Analyze labeling and documentation issues and initiate corrective actions to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Prepare and dispatch product samples

Your profile
- Completed commercial/business-related vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic technical understanding is an advantage
