Our Mission - Your Chance

To further strengthen our Customer Service department, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead Customer Service (m/f/d) to join our Sofia office on a full-time basis and take responsibility for both team leadership and day-to-day operations.


Your mission

  • Provide professional and customer-focused support via phone and email
  • Handle product-related inquiries and resolve customer issues independently and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure transparency and continuously improve service quality
  • Process returns and warranty claims
  • Lead, motivate, and support the Bulgaria-based Customer Service team
  • Monitor team performance and contribute to the ongoing development of customer service processes

Your profile

  • Good command of German and English, both spoken and written
  • Basic technical understanding combined with commercial awareness
  • Previous experience in customer service (1+ years preferred)
  • Professional and courteous telephone manners with strong written communication skills
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and working with people
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous team leadership experience is an advantage
