Brand Manager (m/f/d) – Rx
Our client is a Leading Pharmaceutical Company in the Hamburg region. We\’re currently looking for a Brand Manager Rx to join their team:
Responsibilities
- Leading both the strategic and day-to-day management of our Rx portfolio, including forecasting, budgeting, and overseeing key performance indicators.
- Developing and executing comprehensive brand initiatives — from campaign concepts and marketing materials to actionable, market-focused plans.
- Expanding and continuously improving our digital marketing and communication channels (e.g., digital outreach to healthcare professionals, online formats, content hubs, email journeys, and social media activities).
- Conducting market, trend, and competitor analyses and turning insights into strategic opportunities for our brands.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to design and implement communication and sales activities, while actively supporting our field force.
- Managing and strengthening relationships with key opinion leaders across Germany.
Qualifications
- A completed degree in business administration, life sciences, or a comparable field.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in the prescription medicines (Rx) environment, ideally in pharmaceutical marketing or sales.
- Qualification as a pharmaceutical representative in accordance with §75 AMG (essential)
- Strong project management skills, an organized working style, and a high level of executional drive.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, confidence in decision‑making, and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in German (C1 or higher) and English (at least B2).
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
