The Opportunity You'll join an international, collaborative commercial team, taking responsibility for an existing portfolio of corporate clients. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further business development. Depending on your experience, you'll manage a portfolio of varying complexity, with opportunities to grow and develop within the organisation. Your Responsibilities Manage and develop an existing portfolio of B2B customers, building long-term relationships. Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring high service standards. Drive customer retention, contract renewals and account development. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts. Prepare commercial proposals and support contract and pricing negotiations. Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Success and other internal teams. Work closely with international colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience. What We're Looking For Junior level: Ideally 1–2 years of relevant commercial experience, although candidates with strong transferable skills are also welcome. Account Manager level: Approximately 3–4 years of experience managing B2B customer relationships. Experience in a service-based B2B environment, such as professional services, recruitment, consulting, insurance or other complex service industries. Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, structured and customer-focused approach. Confidence managing multiple accounts and identifying commercial opportunities. Fluent German and English (both essential). Additional European languages are an advantage. Willingness to work from the office near Frankfurt three days per week. We are particularly interested in candidates who enjoy developing existing customer relationships rather than focusing exclusively on new business acquisition. What's On Offer Annual base salary of approximately €55,000–€62,000, depending on experience. Additional performance-related bonus. 30 days of annual leave. Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. Free on-site parking. Health, wellbeing and fitness benefits. Additional employee benefits and special leave arrangements. An international working environment with opportunities for internal career development. A supportive team and exposure to an established global organisation. Interested?
