We, at Leggett & Platt Incorporated, are searching for aLine Manager (m/f/d) within our Production team to help support our Hydraulics business at our Pacoma branch inEschwege, Germany.

Pacoma is one of the world's leading suppliers of hydraulic cylinders. Our cylinders are extensively used in the construction machinery industry, the automobile industry, and in engineering applications as well as in logistics and material handling. Furthermore our cylinders can also be used in agricultural and maritime applications etc. Pacoma stands out with its individual designs, its consistently superior global quality and its high-capacity production facilities. Our factory in Eschwege, Germany, can singularly handle a quarter million units per year working at normal capacity. With the opening of a dynamic modern facility in China in 2011, Pacoma is even better positioned to serve its customers with high output and convenient logistics. Our success is the product of decades of experience. Over the course of more than 40 years, we have developed, designed and produced hydraulic cylinders of nearly every possible type. As aLine Manager (m/f/d) you will drive operational excellence and make a real impact on our manufacturing success. In this key leadership role, you will combine strong people management skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. You will lead your team to achieve ambitious targets while fostering a culture of safety, quality, innovation, and operational excellence.

Additionally, you’ll:

• Ensure a safe, stable, and efficient production flow within the manufacturing line
• Provide both functional and disciplinary leadership to production employees, including onboarding, training, qualification, and development
• Drive the achievement of key performance targets related to safety, quality, delivery reliability, and productivity
• Initiate and implement sustainable improvement measures to enhance efficiency, product quality, and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and actively promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a Master Technician, State-Certified Technician, or a comparable technical qualification
• Proven experience in leading and developing employees within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience in production planning, manufacturing control, or operational production management
• Proficiency in ERP systems and standard Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical skills combined with a high affinity for numbers and performance metrics
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven working style
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions
• High level of commitment, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
