Our BRITA family is on a growth trajectory and has set exciting goals for the coming years. To achieve these goals, we are looking for a dynamic Solution Architect & Technical Lead (m/f/d) for our eCommerce / DTC Platform, to drive our technical solutions forward and lead our talented team.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead the Way: Oversee the technical management and further development of our DTC platform, focusing on solution architecture, technical conceptualization, and seamless integration into BRITA’s IT landscape.
2. Empower the Team: Technical leadership of a team of IT experts and developers (Website, E-Shop, Test Automation) – both in front-end and back-end. Hands-On Leadership: Jump in to coordinate tasks, assist in development, and bring concepts to life alongside your team.
3. Build the Future: Design and implement scalable, robust architectural solutions that keep the DTC platform running smoothly, whether it’s for new projects or enhancing existing systems.
4. Collaborate to Innovate: Work closely with various departments to understand their needs, integrate business processes with IT, and ensure the platform grows in line with business demands.
5. Document for Success: Ensure comprehensive documentation of technical concepts and processes, keeping everything clear for the team and enabling future improvements and scalability.

What You Bring to the Table

1. Tech Know-How: A degree in Informatics or equivalent qualification, paired with 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect—ideally in eCommerce or DTC.
2. Cloud Expert: Deep knowledge of cloud technologies, microservices, API management, and modern IT tools.
3. Modern Thinker: Familiarity with cloud-native approaches like Headless PWA, DevOps, Scrum, Microservices, and Domain Driven Design.
4. Business Meets IT: Proven ability to align IT architecture with business goals while considering data protection and security standards.
5. Stakeholder Whisperer: Strong communication skills to present, document, and sell your IT solutions across various levels.
6. Futurist: A knack for identifying trends and crafting innovative, future-proof solutions.

Fluency in English is required for this position.
