REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Manager Facilities in Winston Salem,NC. Your key responsibilities will include: Work both in a team environment and independently to identify facility and process issues, determine possible solutions, evaluate costs and benefits of the credible alternatives, choose the appropriate resolution, and implement while working in an operating manufacturing environment. Act as a technical resource supporting the project teams and maintenance organizations within the Corporation providing leadership and direction relative to facilities concerns. Work with outside contractors and vendors to estimate, schedule and implement projects. Direct facilities operations to insure protection of company assets. Proactively evaluate facilities and related equipment to judge remaining useful life and determine appropriate schedules and budgets for replacement to ensure integrity of the working environment. Responsible for technical assignments that further develop the engineering and interpersonal skills. Ensure standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria are used by the team using experience and judgment to make adaptations and modifications. What are we looking for? High School diploma or.
