You lead, train and motivate your team throughout the shift and ensure that our guests feel well taken care of at all times. You are a passionate host?

Your Tasks

• Professional reception and care of guests
• Taking and communicating orders
• Serving drinks and food
• Working closely with the kitchen and service team
• Taking care of tableware, cutlery and glassesOn-the-job training of employees (service, up-sell, Gastronovi cash register system, gastromatic time recording system, Flowtify task tracking, occupational safety)

Success indicators:

• Guest satisfaction (e.g. as part of online evaluations, tips)
• Evaluation by the service management

Development opportunities:

• Certified Beer Server
• Taking on management activities (e.g. roster organisation)

Your Profile

• Completed training in the catering or hotel industry
• Several years of professional experience in service
• Sound knowledge of food and drink
• Professional guest service and assistance
• Ability to work in a team and leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure and high flexibility
• Fluency in German, knowledge of English an advantage
• Neat appearance and confident presence
