We are looking for a dedicated and talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at BRLO Charlottenburg and contribute to the quality of our dishes with passion and precision.
Your Tasks
- Preparation of ingredients and mise en place for the preparation of dishes
- Preparation and presentation of dishes according to recipe specifications
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
- Monitoring stocks and reporting requirements to the head chef
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, work surfaces and the kitchen area
- Supporting the development of new menus and creations
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly
- Flexibility in taking on additional tasks and working hours as required
Your Profile
- Completed training as a chef or comparable experience in the catering industry
- Enthusiasm for the culinary world and a strong interest in cooking
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
- A high level of creativity and the ability to contribute new ideas
- Team spirit and the ability to work effectively
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- An eye for detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
- A high level of cleanliness and hygiene awareness
