Are you passionate about beer, great food, and ready to dive in? Join our BRLO BRWHOUSE as a Service Manager (m/f/d), where you’ll lead our team with enthusiasm and ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests!

Your Tasks

  • Operational day-to-day business (accounts for 80% of your weekly work)
  • Administrative activities (accounts for 20% of your weekly work)

You consistently oversee the following areas:

  • Service Team Management : This includes selecting, training, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews for team members.
  • Service Operations : Ensure smooth service operations, including order processing, table reservations, guest care, and complaint management.
  • Service Quality Monitoring : Uphold company standards for friendliness, efficiency, and cleanliness, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Inventory Control : Manage and control inventory, including service utensils, crockery, glasses, and other consumables.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Foster and build relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Safety and Hygiene Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations in line with applicable laws and company policies.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the catering service industry, ideally in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
  • Proficiency in German and English for effective interaction with guests, staff, and management.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to coordinate service operations efficiently.
  • A high level of guest focus, with the ability to address and respond to guest needs and concerns effectively.
  • The capacity to remain calm in high-pressure situations and quickly identify solutions.
  • A solid understanding of the catering industry, including current trends and developments.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including evening and weekend shifts.
