Salary
110k-140k
Can be 100% remote in TX, VA, MD, DC, or FL
High Profile roles may require candidates to fly to customer HQ for in person interview (expenses paid)
Qualifications
- Experienced in managing Palo Alto firewalls (5+ years)
- Knowledgeable in conversation of layer 4 rules to layer 7 using userID and appID
- Understanding of creating custom appID's
- Has managed Palo Alto infrastructure (upgrades, patches, configurations)
- Preferred -- Experienced in managing Checkpoint firewalls in an IaaS environment
- Preferred -- Deployed Palo Alto firewalls in an IaaS environment
- Preferred -- Ability to leverage python scripts to automate tasks
- Network Administrator Engineer manages and maintains an organization's network infrastructure, ensuring security, performance, and reliability
- Expertise in networking protocols and devices
- Proficiency in firewalls, routers, and VPNs
- Experience with network monitoring tools
