IT Project Coordinator / SharePoint Specialist (m/f/o)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an employee for

• Coordinate and manage IT projects – from smaller initiatives to large-scale,cross-departmental projects.
• Advise business units on process digitalisation using SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Design, develop and administer SharePoint solutions such as intranet, document management and workflows.
• Analyse requirements, shape processes, and implement them in collaboration withinternal stakeholders.
• Act as the interface between IT and business departments – facilitate workshops andcontribute best practices.
• Manage external service providers in both projects and day-to-day operations.
• Document and ensure the quality of our systems, processes and projects.
• Support the introduction of new Microsoft 365 technologies(e.g. Power Platform, Teams) and promote their use across the organisation.

You convince with your profile:

• A degree in (Business) Informatics, a comparable qualification or relevantprofessional experience.
• Experience in coordinating IT projects – ideally in both traditional and agile environments.
• Solid expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online.
• Proven know-how in the design, implementation and administration of SharePoint solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.).
• Experience in requirements analysis and process optimisation.
• Strong technical understanding of interfaces, data flows and IT architectures.
• A high sense of responsibility, accuracy, reliability and team spirit.
• A solution-oriented mindset with the drive to get things moving.
• An excellent command of English completes your profile.
